Healthy Green Smoothie

Check out my favorite green smoothie recipe that couldn’t be easier to make and is a great way to jump-start your day! My kids and I love to start our mornings with this delicious blend that doesn’t require any measuring. Just nutritious ingredients, a blender, and a dash of love!


Nutritional Green Smoothie


  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Organic unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
  • Banana (optional, but my kiddos love this addition)


Add ice for extra thickness or keep as-is for a juice-like consistency. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
